Full Hook Up (water/electricity/sewer)
Up to two occupants. Additional occupants are $25.00 each.
MONTHLY- $350.00 plus 20 cents per kilowatt hour

All Rentals Require
- Visual Inspection of RV
- Copy of Valid Driver’s License
- Duly Exectuted Lease Contract
- Payments are due in advance at at time of billing
- Only cash will be accepted (There is an ATM machine on the premise)
- Late payments incur a 10% surcharge
- Security Deposit: Weekly Rental- $100.00 Monthly Rental- $200.00
- No refunds for early departures
